Just for fun, we’re going to be putting the sheer strength of one of the adhesives we use in our PAL™ Road Case Labels to the extreme test.
PAL™ labels spend their life on the road, tour after tour, and if you’ve ever had to remove one from a flight case, you’ll know how strong they are.
Thanks to 5 Star Cases who made us these flight case plates, we’re going to stick two of them together with ultra-strength double sided foam, the same material we use in our foam backed case labels. We’ll then be subjecting them to a number of challenges including a bodybuilder face-off, tug of war challenge, a car pull, and even (if we can find one) a light aircraft pull, just to see who or what has the strength to pull them apart.
Often, when we do this sort of thing, people assume it’s fixed, so we’re bringing the plates to PLASA 2017, on Stand E14 where you’ll be able to see them for yourself, before we put them to the test throughout the year.
