Likes
I love to be with my whole family, different styles of music (depending on the mood, can be differentiating from classic, pop, R&B, hard rock). I also like hiking with my family, when they are “nicely” persuaded or blackmailed. I like theatre performances and good movies ( any dramas, monologues, psychological, fiction and more ) and I also like people😊

Dislikes
I believe in kindness and respect, so rude people and badly behaved kids are definitely on my “not a fan” list.
Sticky tables in the restaurants/café/coffee shops.
Shopping -so exhausting task.

Biggest fear
My biggest fear in a theatre is the sound of HARIBOS or crisps rustling in the audience during a performance. I mean it when I say, “Don’t do that!” If you’re caught with noisy snacks, you might just find me stealthily standing behind you, ready to perform a snack-removal mission!
Oh, and there’s one thing I simply cannot stand – cockroaches! Just the thought of them gives me the shivers. Whaahhh!

What’s the best advice you’ve ever been given?
I have a few of them, but better not to disclose on a public platform. Ok- simple one from me: Learn something new every day  ( for example new: words, habits, attitudes, and actions) cognitively stimulating activities may help prevent multiple sicknesses and anxieties.

Hello, I am Valentina.

For nearly nine rollercoaster years, I journeyed through the wonderful company – NVS Services. It was there that my newfound awareness sparked a blazing passion, and I started my official career in health and safety. And now I am so grateful that I have landed in the safety haven at Le Mark as their Health and Safety Compliance Officer. This is a GREAT company with a BRILLIANT team!  You should join us (as a customer or as a new team member) to see how good we are😊

In a parallel universe, I always dreamt of saving the day as an emergency worker. But here’s the catch – I’m not exactly thrilled about the sight of blood, and my fitness level makes me more of a cosy “safety couch” than a firefighter!

Enter parenthood! With the arrival of my incredible kids, I suddenly found myself navigating a minefield of health and safety hazards. Who knew that stepping on a LEGO could be a life-threatening event?
