We recommend applying to a surface that is smooth, clean, dry, non-porous and free from dust, oil and other contaminants. Use a suitable cleaner to prepare your surface prior to application.
If your product has been identified as suitable for outdoor use, you may need to prime the surface with a suitable adhesive primer. Primers help to seal away dust and provide an optimal surface to adhere to.
Applying firm and even pressure, this gives the adhesive more opportunity to grab onto the surface to which it is applied. As a handy tip, wallpaper seam rollers often work well.
It’s important to monitor all tapes and labels, to ensure they remain securely fastened. This applies especially to items that could become a hazard if they came unstuck or unsecured.
