COVID-19 Update
In response to the current COVID-19 situation around the world, we would like to take this opportunity to reassure you that Le Mark has taken every viable measure to ensure that we can continue to offer you and your business the same products and service you’ve come to expect.
BUSINESS AS USUAL
• We are operating as normal and will be here to help you when you need us.
• We have fully prepared and rehearsed remote working teams to continue to be here for our customers as the situation progresses.
• We have put contingency plans in place to ensure the business can run as normal as possible throughout the year.
• To put it simply, we are going to keep doing what we do best!
THE TEAM
• Many of you have come to know your contacts and account managers as friends, and we’re pleased to say that we have not yet had or been linked to any confirmed case of COVID-19.
• We have agreed a task force who are continually monitoring the situation around the world and update us on an hourly basis.
• We are observing all the advice and guidance given to us by our Government and National Health Service advisers.
SUPPLY CHAIN
• In the build up to Brexit, we doubled our stock levels. This has put us in a very fortunate position, and we do not foresee any supply issues for the vast majority of our range.
• We’re working with a number of couriers to ensure we have a varied option of services to call up on when you need them.
We will continue to monitor the situation closely and continue to keep you updated.
